1.05 What to Expect

Our pure water cleaning system effectively removes general dirt from your windows. However, for substances like builders' residue (plaster, concrete, paint, etc.), stickers or adhesive, and issues like staining, discoloration, rust, or UV bleaching, pure water may not be as effective. Kindly inform us during our initial scheduling call if your windows require attention to these specific issues.

1.1 Frequency of Visits

Choose from our flexible options of cleaning every 6 or 12 weeks. Due to factors like rain, we appreciate a one-week flexibility window on either side of the scheduled timeframe.

1.2 Inclement Weather

While we aim to avoid cleaning windows in heavy rain, we may still work in light rain or short showers with assured results. If rain is exceptionally heavy, we will reschedule your clean for the next working day.

1.3 Refusing Service

We strive for reliability and expect the same from our customers. Cancellations or turning our team away on the cleaning day may incur the full service charge. Lack of access on the scheduled day may also result in a full-service charge.

1.4 Service Termination

Should you wish to cancel our services, you can do so at any time via phone or email. Note that our services require a minimum commitment of 3 cleans, and canceling before completing these will incur charges for the remaining cleans.

1.5 Complaints Procedure

Contact us within 24 hours if you're dissatisfied with our work. We'll return the next working day for a free re-clean. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be re-cleaned. We operate a no-refund policy but rectify unsatisfactory work free of charge if informed within 24 hours.

1.6 Confidentiality

All customer information adheres to strict confidentiality standards as required by the Data Protection Act. We do not discuss or share customer data with any individual or company.

1.7 Payments

Customers on our 6 or 12 weekly rounds use our direct debit system via GoCardless, automatically collected 5 days after each clean. For one-off services like gutter clearing, payment is required in advance by credit or debit card, bookable over the phone with our office. Once payment is processed, we schedule the job to be completed within 1 week.
